Great staff always there to help , good breakfast và excellent location .The rooms are good size and cleaned everyday.Really not much to fault except major construction going on in the area affecting about a dozen hotels so was very noisy during the day.

Pros: The staff are super helpful và very friendly from the time we arrived lớn when we checked out. Decent location with lots of places to lớn eat near by và not too far from the beach. We got a super good giảm giá on the room so it was worth it based on the budget. Cons: Breakfast sucked! Nothing was warm, everything was pretty much eaten và picked through and not much choices to lớn eat. Pool is tiny! There is a deep over (1.8m) which can be worrisome for those with young kids. Nobody tends khổng lồ the pool, so getting a towel or a beer is next khổng lồ impossible. Thank you Victorian Nha trang khách sạn staff for the lovely recommendation of food and sightseeing places.Staff is hella nice! Breakfast is very tasty for a 3 star hotel. I love how the khách sạn is near by the beach. Will come back the next time i visit Vietnam again.
I have stayed at many hotels at Nha Trang since I travel khổng lồ Vietnam frequently for work. This is definitely the hotel that I will be coming back to. Customer service is truly above and beyond expectations.

Great hotel, great service. Although this is only a 3 star hotel, the service they provide is beyond other normal 3 star hotels. Friendly staff with great customer server. They always there khổng lồ help if people need anything. Nice decent food in their restaurant. High quality and very tasty food. Not khổng lồ mention, If you are a seafood lover, they have great selections of seafood. Everything is in affordable price. I definitely will return in my next trip to lớn Vietnam. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
The customer service was great, there was 1 particular person who was working hard & always answered my questions with a lot of confidence which reassured me that this hotel was a good choice. I wouldn"https://vdbnhatranghotel.vn/khach-san-victoria-nha-trang/imager_5_7993_700.jpgt expect a 3 star hotel to have amazing customer service but this hotel surprised me. Not only the customer service they have is beyond amazing, they are always helpful & cheerful.What i like about this khách sạn is no matter what time of the day they are always greeting, they always smile. I will definitely come back.
-the hotel walking distance lớn the beach is near~~~-have decent breakfast buffet the give people a lot of choice~-the hotel worker are very friendly beside that they always smile when seeing customer, they also will greeting to lớn every customers they see-the rooms also clean & make up every day-the location of the hotel have a lot of siêu thị that allow me khổng lồ shopping..:D-place a bit quite that suitable to sleep at night without noisy
I really like the location of this hotel, which is near a lot of restaurants, shops and it is very easy lớn find the hotel and also convenient to lớn travel around city by foot or cyclo. More than that, even though i am very sensitive with noise but this hotel seems khổng lồ make me feel very warm and peaceful; quiet but not so boring. Last, the staffs are really nice and friendly; especially Ms Quynh - the receptionist, she allowed me to check in early & even late kiểm tra out and recommended a lot of interested things for our trip in Nha Trang - what a wonderful experience!
