Room was clean, breakfast was not outstanding, but staffs couldn’t be more friendly và helpful. The khách sạn locates at the center, very close lớn tourist attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, pub...We rent motorbike for 1 day w reasonable price (100k/day) & enjoyed the 10% discount voucher for mát xa service provided by the hotel. My 3 days 2 nights at Lacasa was very satisfactory. Highly recommend.

Room exactly looked like the pictures. The location is quite đô thị center but a bit uphill so needed to climb up
Do not go khổng lồ room 3AF01, it's near lớn the laundry, you will have noise all the night. The team has then move us lớn another room which was very well. The breakfast was very good, good choice between Vietnamese and continental breakfast, with omelettes và pancakes
Nice hotel, clean & tidy. Breakfast is acceptable. The room is clean with nice view (I stayed in the 3rd floor), receptionist is adorable
About 15min by feet from the lake and the hotel is situated on a hill (so it climbs). Staff is friendly and warm. Large choice at breakfast time. Room are clean but in the bathroom it smells not really good. I was in a suite (upgraded) There is a bathtub but not sure it works. Outside very noisy: works in the street. Sapa is under construction... Inside the khách sạn during the night also very noisy: 1st night my neighbors make a tiệc ngọt on the balcony and the 2nd also a lot of howls in the corridors.
Lacasa khách sạn is located in the center, just 5 minutes walking to lớn the stone church and gas station to Fasipan. The room is quiet & clean. The staffs are friendly. Highly recommended. :)
